Megan teaches both online and in person from her home classroom in South Boulder. Meditation groups and Kaiut Yoga classes are available. No experience necessary for any class. Heart-Centered Meditation is a simple practice of cultivating a connection with your Heart, the seat of your True Nature. Open to yourself and grow a sense of meaning, direction, inner trust and resilience.
We come together on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month from 6:00 -7:30
and on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month from 10-11:30.
